2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of coaching memberships and access to the Reset by EK digital platform (“Platform”). By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Services include:

  • Access to coaching modules, videos, guides, and bonus content

  • Personalized plans (for Level 2 & 3)

  • Monthly bonuses and structured programs

3. Access and Usage

  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

  • The content is protected by copyright; copying, distributing, or reselling is strictly prohibited.

  • Reset by EK reserves the right to suspend access if usage violates these terms.

4. Subscriptions

  • Memberships are sold as subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Customers may cancel or modify their subscription according to the cancellation policy (see section 5).

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • The prices are in CHF (or specify your currency).

  • Payment must be completed to activate the subscription.

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered at Reset by EK’s discretion or if required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Content is educational and instructional. Reset by EK makes no guarantees regarding physical or mental results.

  • Reset by EK is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or other consequences arising from participation in the programs.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, videos, images, and logos, remains the exclusive property of Reset by EK.

  • Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal use only.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

Additional Protective Clauses for Digital Content & Subscriptions

  1. Anti-Sharing Clause: Access is personal. Sharing credentials is forbidden.

  2. Anti-Claim Clause: Members cannot claim ownership of Reset by EK content.

  3. Non-Refundable Clause: Digital content is non-refundable once delivered.

  4. Limitation of Liability Clause: Reset by EK is not responsible for physical, mental, or performance results.

  5. Intellectual Property Clause: All content, visuals, text, and branding remain the exclusive property of Reset by EK.
